The team at Crest Cadillac went up and beyond to provide me an excellent car buying experience. I initially reached out by phone to ask some questions about a Certified Pre-Owned car I had seen online. Andrew was very helpful and send me photos of interior options and other details about the car and the dealership. When I was ready to go to dealership I was without transportation and unable to get an Uber in the rural area I live in. Matt offered to come pick me up- I test drove the car back to the dealership and after looking at my options I ended up purchasing a new car!

During these strange Covid times- they made it easy and to quick for me to make my purchase. In the past with other dealerships I have always had a pretty long wait to get to the finance department to sign paperwork. I was expecting the same but at Crest that was not the case! I was promptly taken to finance and had a great experience with Tanya who explained some additional options for me.

I truly liked everyone I dealt with and will actually look forward to going back to this dealership for service, car washes, etc. It is a clean, state of the art facility with lots of amenities. Amazing people and customer service.
