I'll try to make this as short as possible with details. Great Dealership! Love the staff and their hospitality. The only reason why I'm giving this review 2 Stars is because of my second service check up. I made an appointment for my car to be serviced at 9:30am. I came in early because I was already in the area at around 9:10am after clocking out of my graveyard shift. The service advisor greeted me and I gave him my key for him to take my car in for service. I then waited in the waiting area and walked around the dealership for about 2 hours and sat on the couches near the service desks. I didn't get any update or didn't see the service advisor who was helping me, so I just thought that since this was my second check up it'll take a little longer. It was already 12pm and I started walking around the dealership checking out the parts store, looking at the cars in the sales lot and I even sat in the service area reading the Service Check List that was on the wall. I finally waited near the service doors and the service advisor who helped me saw me and asked if everything checked out alright with my vehicle. I told him that I didn't receive my vehicle yet and I've been waiting for almost about 4 hours. He then told me that he left me a voicemail saying that my car was ready to be taken. I looked at my phone and I didn't see any missed calls or voicemails. I even verified my phone number with him. He apologized for the wait and told me to go sign the paperwork at the service desk and my car will be brought out to me. When I received my car, it was still dirty. I'm not trying to be picky on why my car wasn't clean when brought out to me, but when I was reading the Service Checks on the wall in the Service Area, I noticed that each check comes with a complimentary car wash. So I was a bit upset on when I got my car back still dirty. When I got in my car I noticed that I didn't get a paper floor mat and I remembered the last time I got a service check at this location they put one in there which tells me that they did service on it. And last, when I sat in my car, it felt like my car has been sitting under the sun the whole entire time I was waiting around the dealership because it was really hot inside. I started to feel that my car hasn't been serviced at all. It was already passed 1pm and I was upset to where I just left because I waited for so long at the dealership and just wanted to go home and sleep. To this day, I still never got that voicemail saying my car was ready to be picked up.
