Sitting in my wife's recovery room with our newborn. There is a man standing on scaffolding at the window operating a hammer drill.
The hot and and cold water taps are reversed and labeled backwards. The guest chair is broken. The trash can lid is broken. The heat would not work when we came in and had to be fixed. The nurses seem content to do the bare minimum required by law (are only seen at charting time and offer not help with our cincerns, but have whatever we ask for after we go through the effort of googling it).
Both my wife and baby are crying and exhausted.
