After 4 weeks of them having my 2021 Chevrolet Sil...
After 4 weeks of them having my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado with a blown engine after only 9000 miles, they have not contacted me once to update me on the status. I have only been able to get in touch with someone 3 times since they acquired my vehicle. They have given me multiple repair completion dates that have been not correct. When I believe the vehicle is done I have to make multiple attempts to even talk to anyone, only to find out that the parts still haven t arrived . Finally I have had to contact chevrolet headquarters to start a case file to get any answer about what is happening with my vehicle.
With regards to helping the customer per warranty protocol. They refused to give me a loaner vehicle and told me that chevy only covers 30 dollars a day for rentals. After contacting chevy headquarters I was informed that they absolutely should have provided me with a loaner vehicle or are liable to pay the rental charges. They were going to expect me to pay $5000 in rental car fees while they continually keep not informing me about the status of my car.
This dealership needs to be black flagged by the head quarters and audited Ecuador there is definitely something inappropriate going on at this dealership. Between inaccurate information being provided about my warranty benefits guaranteed by chevy, claiming of continued back ordered parts when there was mention of taking parts from other orders (likely happening to my parts as they have been scheduled to be delivered 4 different times with mysteriously just not arriving) aka they are likely being used on other vehicles to make more money for vehicles that aren t covered by warranty.
As a lifelong chevrolet customer and with family who own and operate a chevrolet dealership I know that this dealership is not maintaining standards of care put forth by chevrolet. In no industry is 4 weeks without contact acceptable when a customer was guarenteed multiple completion dates that were not met.
Jesus has been my service manager and has said he would contact me and has given me multiple finish dates but never followed up or been of any assistance. He is not able to answer any of my questions or even be reliable to put me in Touch with someone who could provide me with answers. This has been the worst vehicle and new car experience I have ever had in my life. This dealership alone has made me not want to buy chevy again and I wish I could just return and get my money back for my vehicle. Between the case files and the multiple reps that have been contacted, the chevrolet headquarters will now be aware to this facility and the fact that they may be completely soiling the chevrolet name and causing the loss of loyal customers.
This dealership does not follow up but as a professional I sure do. So I will be sure to follow up with the headquarters further for this horrendous service at It s another beautiful day at Ed Bozarth Chevrolet .
