Right across and owned by ballast point, where ballast point is the beer version and cut water is hard liquor cocktail bar.
Constellation Brands gas acquired Ballast Point Brewing Co. for $1 billion. Constellation Brands, the third-largest beer company in the U.S., with Corona, Modelo and Pacifico in its portfolio, has purchased San Diego's Ballast Point Brewing and Spirits for $1 billion. So they spun of this cock tail bar as cut water.
The interior is very class yet very open. Such a great ambience in the industrial area.
Happy Hour: Parking is tight, and it can fill soon, start looking for the street parking. Happy hour is a good time to visit here and the best deal to buy is Canned Cocktails, $4/Can.. But during the happy hour the food menu is very limited. This happy hour is designed for big groups and corporate. Service was decent too.
Drinks: Canned Cocktails, you can also buy this Cutwater Spirits Can from Bevmo and other liquor shops. Other favorites here are Old Fashioned, perfectly blended drink. Pluto was very fruity and colorful, if you like it. Other favorites are Fugu Habanero, Noon Patrol and Beta Kerosene. But all the drinks are awesome, you cannot go wrong with your order here.
Food: We tried their loaded fries, it was great. Also, Crisp apple bread was good treat. Loved the Cutwater Burger, very flavorful.
Also take the distillery tour, its free.
-Ves, : It can get loud, for a reason. Parking is tight, especially during Happy hour.
I will update more with my frequent visits.
