I needed to do my oil change but a hectic schedule was making it difficult. I finally made a convenient appointment and Rich and Pedro were very helpful and professional. My visit lasted 2 exact hours, this was discussed in advanced and I planned accordingly. Aimee called me and explained the results of my oil change, tire rotation and the replacement of windshield wipers, she also was very professional explaining to me the future needs for my next appointment so I can plan ahead. I always love the complementary car wash coupon. I love my Honda CRV and I like to know there is always a good service to replay on when I need to take good care of my Honda. Great job!
