I wish I could give two reviews here - one for the massage and another for the pools area. We went on a May weekday afternoon and it was full of people. I ll start by saying the massage was absolutely exceptional - we got a couples massage which was very well done up in the cabins with the waterfall nearby. Sublime.

The pools area less so, they were swarming with people. I ve been coming here when I come home from abroad for years and it s now reached a breaking point for people, even with their expansions, it just isn t fast enough. The food was excellent as always, as well as service generally - given the volume of people lines at bars and the like is hard to avoid and that s fair. Fun day, just could have been better. Also, you pre-load your wristband with cash, would be more convenient if you could just tether the card so you don t have to run back to reload a few times.
