My overall experience with Matthew was very pleasant. He took his time, listened to what I had to say, what I wanted, and understood that I didn't want the back and forth of a typical nightmare dealership scenario you hear about when people go thru the process. We built a rapport that I see growing into many more purchases for future dealings with Matthew and BMW Sterling.
