I work for a contractor and I normally don't deal with the insurance but my co worker was on vacation and we had a need for a document. The day was not one that was running smoothly for me and now I am tasked with something I know nothing about. So I emailed our contact Margaret and let me tell you she was awesome I let her know I was not familiar with what I was doing but needed this document same day she was prompt helpful and truly brightened my day. She eased my stressful day and made it a little brighter. Sometimes its the little things that make a difference in someone's day and Margaret did that for me.
