John Wars, service advisor viewed my living room ceiling about what looks to be broken or leaking pipes that was not from my AC unit. I had put in a claim with my home owners insurance who sent their Techs out to fix the problem at the same time frame. Thank you John for taking a look at my AC making sure it was Okay and not the problem.
