Having been without electricity for three days, fortunately my neighbor was kind enough to provide her freezer.

The problem started with applying for a new contract for a new-build apartment. I had done this via Engie's website. Apparently I had done something wrong, because I received an email from Sibelga that there was no contract, and my electricity would be cut off in 10 days. I then immediately called Engie, customer service said "don't worry, something's wrong but we'll fix it." 10 days later I came home, the light didn't turn on anymore. Called Engie directly: "sorry, your electricity can be turned on again in three days at the earliest", while my meat was defrosting ...
