I've been fighting with Veepee for 1 month to get a refund for a package that was sent to the wrong address.
After a postal investigation carried out by them, Veepee confirms that my package was delivered to an address that does not correspond to my delivery address and since then, I have not had any response from them!
Not to mention that it is impossible to reach them by telephone and that when they deign to answer by email, it is each time a different "advisor"!
Conclusion: TO FIRE! If you want a little consideration as a customer, the competition is much better!
