If I could rate Niello Alfa Romeo a 10 I would. I purchased a 2017 Giulia, I love her. Unfortunately, only 6 weeks after my purchase, she was broken into and quite a bit of damage was caused. The repairs took a bit longer then expected, but the assistant manager, Jared at Niello Alfa Romeo stepped in and handled this issue. Jared deliver to my home another Alfa Romeo to borrow while my repairs took place. It s not normal that repairs would take 3 months, so this was a definite exception. Parts came from Italy. Jared and the Alfa Romeo team have been in contact with me through the whole process. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from Niello. I must admit I am quite fond of my Giulia and am beyond happy with the service I ve received from them. I HIGHLY recommend you purchase from Niello and to make yourself even happier make that purchase an ALFA ROMEO and ask for Jared Ivey. The best assistant manger with the BEST customer service in the business. Thank you so much Niello Alfa Romeo and Jared, you have outdone yourselves and you have a customer for LIFE.
