Very very bad service! Came here twice on weekdays...

Very very bad service! Came here twice on weekdays and everytime have to wait almost 1 hour before can enter the room. Eventhough check in time at 3pm, room will always not ready by 3pm. At least 4pm if you keep quite waiting. If you make noise then can enter the room a bit early.
Called housekeeping to clean the bathroom as there re bunch of hair stuck in the water flow, it took me to call 4 times for the housekeeping to come.
Asked to speak with hotel manager, he/she also don t want to speak and gave me a reason; busy .
Bad hotel! Not recommended at all.
