I set up auto pay on my account and decided to make my payment ahead of schedule because I actually had funds to do it in advance and come the day my auto payment was due they took another payment. Then I call them and they say it can take 30 days to get a refund. I hang up and call my bank. Then call common ground back to he disconnected after 30 MINUTES IN HOLD! I d give NO STARS IF I COULD!
