I came by I love cupcakes to pick out some cupcakes on a Saturday afternoon. Before I could even get to the door an employee came out and asked if I was Olivia? When I said no he asked me what I wanted then? I was quite taken aback and explained i wanted some cupcakes?! The employee then told me "well we didn't prepare any cupcakes today so we really don't have any... but do you want to take my card? No I don't want your card I want cupcakes! If your whole business is pre-orders then why did your door and website say you are open 10-2 and give the impression people can come in and pick from a selection of cupcakes? Also why are you called I love cupcakes if you didn't bother to make any cupcakes on a Saturday? Very disappointing, never going back. Place looks dodgey from the outside anyway.
