Soho Cycling is the best spin studio I have ever been to. The vibe in the studio is energetic and very inviting and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Susan is one of the instructors and her class is so much fun. She is very motivating and makes everyone feel welcome no matter if it is their very first spin class or if they have been doing it for years. I AlWAYS leave her class feeling better than I did when I arrived. I highly recommend the studio and her class to anyone thinking about trying spinning for exercise and fun.
