I had taken my mothers 96 C220 in for an engine light problem that my personal mechanic didn't find the problem (his code reader showed no code). So when I met Tom Pflieger he assured me that the problem would sourced and fixed. I felt confident that it would be fixed. When the car was ready I picked it up and after driving 50 miles or so the light came back on. Tom apologized and asked me to bring it in as soon as I could. He then put me in a complimentary rental and told me they would find the problem and not to worry. a few days later Tom called me letting me know it was ready and it was. Mom is back to enjoying her car and I feel confident that she is safe in it.
