Bought a bike online and needed it serviced. Called ahead of time and was asked if I purchased the bike there, I told them no yet they still told me to drop the bike off. When I show up the next day I'm asked where I bought the bike and then I am denied service. My family has spent thousands at this store and have been customers since they have opened. I wouldn't have minded if the bike would have taken a bit longer, but don't tell me one thing on the phone and then send me away when I get there.
