I am revising my review based on a follow-up phone call from Pete. While it was frustrating trying to reach someone, much of the problem arose from how our account was set up by a former employee. They have done their best to correct the situation and I appreciate their effort and good will. Based on their remedy of the situation, I can recommend New Continuum.

Completely unacceptable tech support when we needed to get control of our account. It took 3 phone calls and 2 unanswered messages to get a person on the phone. Days went by while we waited for someone to call back so we could remove a former key employee from the account and deny access to this person. Not acceptable.
