WOW! Really? I brought my 2016 Avalon in for the 20K Toyota Care warranty service(purchased from David Bruce). This service includes oil & filter change,tire rotation, new cabin filter, check brakes, fluids, etc.
When the car was returned l noticed the tires were NOT rotated.
After bringing this to their attention the tires were rotated, but I left with a feeling of less trust and wondering how often this happens with other customers(unknowingly). My gut feeling said I should check the cabin filter after I got home.AND GUESS WHAT? The filter was NOT serviced either and needed changing. I guessing everything needs to be checked from the service department, IF I ever return to David Bruce for service. But I doubt it.
So customers BEWARE! I Consider this an UNSAFE practice. Wondering
what other maintenance procedures aren't (unknowingly) completed.
