From the moment I pulled up to the new service gar...

From the moment I pulled up to the new service garage & the huge door flew up, I was totally impressed as I drove into the new, beautiful, sparkling clean service bay. The service representatives desks were angled on my right & Steve Peters was there waiting to greet me & go over the service that would be performed that day. He asked if I had any other questions or concerns. I was then ushered in to the awesome waiting area! Computers, TV, lounge with a fireplace, kids play station area & a snack bar. This area was the perfect place to wait while my car was being worked on. In no time at all my car was ready to go. Steve went over the service & the check sheet that lets me know what was done on my car. Steve treats my car like it were his own & makes sure I'm aware of upcoming repairs that will be needed.
Steve Peters has been in the service department ever since I bought my 2003 Honda Accord & has always been there making sure my car is in good running order. My car just turned over 273,000 miles thanks to Steve & the service department at Tom
Kadlec Honda.
