We live in Tampa and wanted to get away for couple of days, the agent promised us an ocean view. At the day of reservation wr hot a parking lot view, the rooms smell so bad and the club level food nothing yo compare to disney.
We are so frustrated!!!!
Even the manger could not do anything to improve our stay.
