I have been a customer of Verio Web Hosting INC for several years now, and I must say that their service has been average at best. The uptime and speed of their servers are decent, but I often find their customer support to be lacking. It takes them a while to respond to support tickets, and their answers are sometimes vague and unhelpful. Overall, I would say that Verio is an okay choice for web hosting, but there are definitely better options out there.
