The hotel is beautiful in terms of location, safety and price compared to other five-star hotels
Nice view from the hotel on the Nile
The rooms need a refurbishment and the bathrooms need an update
The thing that cannot be imagined is the slow check-in as the continuous congestion throughout the day, the reception needs to increase the staff to serve the guests, this is not the first time nor the second, but many times I live in the Ramses Hilton and the situation is still the same
