Compared to other call centers around town, this place isn't too bad. At other places you cannot even read a book or use ur cell in between calls. Here it's relaxed but professional. Management is pretty good. The quality of the place looks like an old ghetto shop. The booths are falling apart. Rates are fairly nice (ranges from 7.25-9.65 depending on production). Great job for students at college.
