I ve been a customer since the theater opened, and today my friends and I made plans to see a movie. I bought a ticket for one showing online, and when my friends went to buy theirs, they found that all the tickets for that showing were sold out. When I called the box office to ask that they change my ticket to the next showing of the movie, 15 minutes later, I was flatly told that there were no refunds or exchanges. I don t think it s unreasonable to ask that the theater accommodate a situation like mine, but nevertheless, I was told that I have to eat the first ticket and buy a new one. This is a poor policy that reflects badly on the theater and management.
