I recently had the opportunity to work with Hicom and I must say, their services are truly average. Everything was just okay, nothing extraordinary. I expected a better experience considering their reputation, but it was just average. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was decent. However, I found some areas lacking in terms of functionality and design. Overall, it was an average experience.
