This is just that 3 stars. Service and rooms are 2 stars, beach, pools and view are 4 stars.

Rooms are dated, mine was not cleaned daily, had a large water spot in ceiling tile that kept getting bigger.
Service was as close to horrible as it can get. All staff was friendly, but when it takes 45 minutes consistently to get served at the 2 beach front restaurants, thats a problem.

We were there for a wedding and honestly it was a lot of fun, but overpriced.
