This is a wonderful view of the Harbor. From the moment we walked through the Sonesta door untill our departure, every employee in the entry and through the lobby was very kind and courteous. The young man that initially checked us in set the mood for entire stay. He was professional and provided a wide variety of information about Baltimore, he was a super star!!
The room was beyond amazing, very clean and very roomy! These accomodations were above our expectations.
We did not choose this hotel for the restaurant, only the view and location, and good thing. This was the only draw back of the stay. There was an event and the restaurant moved to another area. The staff looked very short and we waited in an empty area for 15 minutes to be seated. The food was not very good. Upon our depart we attempted breakfast, again understaffed and only one server for a room of @ 20 tables. People in the restaurant looked agrevated so we choose to leave.
I would definitely return , I was pleasantly surprised!
