Our experience was very positive. We were tenants for over a year and Evans Properties was very responsive to the few problems we had with the property. They refunded out entire deposit and even all of our pet deposit. I did thoroughly clean the home before leaving as this is part of the initial agreement in the lease. I agree with the previous reviewer about property owners making a difference. The owners of our home were very interested in making sure their property was well taken care of and therefore made updates when needed.
