Southgate Volkswagen always has been and always will be my go to dealer. Howards and Ralph in parts, know everything you need to know about Volkswagen to get you taken care of. Very personable, always a pleasure to deal with. Rhonda, and the service department at Southgate Volkswagen, are the only people I trust working on all 3 of our VWs. Andy has looked after our vehicles the last few times we've been in, and he is fantastic. Extremely knowledgable, professional, and he treats your vehicle like he would treat his own. I never worry when Andy is working on my vehicles. Everything is always well explained, and I am notified as soon as my vehicle is ready with an update as to what was completed, and what parts were ordered for a warranty repair.
