Edit: Dan from the company reached out to me and apologized for the office and mismatched billing that was sent. The price difference was refunded. The service itself was fabulous and the tech was great. I m glad I was able to speak with Dan to get everything sorted out. My original review is still below, but overall my review is: great work and labor, office staff needs a little fine tuning.

Bummed to have read all the good reviews here, had them come do a job and then have to leave a 1 star review. I needed an on/off valve placed on the gas line going to my stove and needed a new water line to the refrigerator. They said it would take about 4hrs and cost about $400 if it actually took the full 4 hours. The plumber came and did a fantastic job and was done in just under 2 hours, he gave me the write up for labor, parts, etc and it came out to be about $250, which seemed reasonable and more inline to what I figured it would actually take to complete. A week later got a bill in the mail for $400+. My husband and I both called on multiple occasions to discuss what happened and why they were charging us for time and labor that has actually not been provided. We were given the run around, talk to this person, no talk to this person, etc. then while trying to figure out the bill, we got hit with late payment fees. No one ever answered any of the concerns or questions but we finally just paid the bill to be done with the company and promised to never use them again. Awful office staff to work with.
