I have been a McDavid customer since 2004, after buying five Fords. I'm on my 9th vehicle from them at this point. I just took the latest, 2013 Accord Touring, in for it's first service. As usual, the experience was awesome. Ben is the latest service representative that helped me. The car was ready ahead of when they promised.
Each sales experience has been good. The McDavid team has always been up front and honest with their appraisals of my trade and the car I am buying.
This is our 3rd Accord. Honda has done an amazing job with this generation. Ride, fit and finish, and technology are great. This car has great gas mileage, the power of a V6, and a great compromise between handling and ride comfort.
Our other Honda is a Ridgeline. This is my second Ridgeline and I kick myself for trading the first one. This truck handles everything you can throw at it, is reliable, and rides great. Almost every weekend we are loading it with something and it has never disappointed. The rest of the week it shuttles kids back and forth in comfort.
It's going to be hard to give up the keys on the two cars we have now, but if I do, I'll be back to McDavid in Frisco.
