The car buying experience was fine but I was told back in 2017 when I bought my CX-5 that "Mazda Connect" was not in it but they would upgrade it for free when it came out which "should be any day now" and they would contact me when it was available.
They never contacted me. Here it is 2 years later and they are telling me its not available for my make and model (A quick google search shows that is a complete lie).
Then they started telling me the price to retrofit to the system I was promised (starting at like 500 just for parts)... They are complete liars, never called, never replied to my emails or calls during that 2 year period and are not giving a feature they assured me would be free to me when it came out.
Anything to sell a car but clearly dont care about you at all after that.
