Joseph Armstrong the manager of your Residence Inn property is completely unprofessional and totally non-responsive to guest concerns.

My family stayed at your property for 5 nights while I was at the University of Iowa Hospital. We pre-paid our stays on Hotels.com but were mistakenly charged for our stays by the property. I was in recovery for a few weeks and didn't notice the charges on our AMEX a little over a month after the stay. I spoke to two front desk people who directed me to Joe and even gave me his cell because he struggles at returning messages and email. Long story, short. Through multiple phone calls to Joe, no returned emails, and zero concern to resolve my I issue, I turned it over to AMEX who can handle it from.

I'll give them credit. At one point, they attempted to refund the two charges, but instead charged my card again. Good hotel, POOR management.
