The last time I came I asked a security guard to let me go first in the queue because it was already 1h and that in view of my brace in the leg I could not hold and I had a medical evidence. He answered coldly "no because you need a certificate of invalidity". And so now he will answer like a pregnant woman? We must justify everything in this society of mistrust !! But I do not blame him because it is for me the (old and bourgeois) direction of the bpi that lets things get degraded and does nothing.
