Terrible company, do not use!! Awful customer service. Ordered just a small single double glazed glass pane to be fitted. Telephoned, trying to speak the right person is impossible, and was told 4 days on the trot that the part would be in, but it never was. When the job was finally done we paid the balance in cash but the following day they took the same amount from our bank account. Still fighting to get a refund, constantly being told someone will call back but they never do. Very unprofessional, dreadful service, left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
