We like everything except the condition of the furniture in the living area. The cozy nook in the kitchen is so uncomfortable it would be impossible to sit there for ten minutes. It desperately needs some new cushions and the sofa needs new springs. Your descriptions of this area sound wonderful, but the rent needs to fit the reality. I am a reader and would like to have at least one comfortable chair. I informed you of this several times, even looked for another place.
