I ve experienced multiple issues over the past 2-3...

I ve experienced multiple issues over the past 2-3 years with this service department ranging from rampant misdiagnosis, untimely communication, rude employees (service manager at the time) and unfortunately shoddy workmanship. I reluctantly decided to give the service department one more chance at success today with a 7am appointment and at 5pm was informed that they couldn t work me in , although I called last week to schedule based on their availability. Running a service department is not extremely difficult, however, they somehow make it seem impossible.
