I ve had multiple issues with my apartment and I have only lived here for a month. For urgent issues, there doesn t seem to be anyone available until a few days after maintenance requests have been sent in. My AC went out several hours ago and no one has yet to reply or get back with me. It s hot in the middle of August in Oklahoma if you didn t know.
