I wanted a card printed, person on the phone extremely rude and kept asking to send the original design when i had already sent a sample of the image with a watermark. Kept asking to send to original file to print without even giving a quote, when i had just called for an enquiry. Staff needs to be trained. Overrated, just because of the name.
