Joesph (Joe) let me start by saying that this is my second experience with buying a car. The first experience was horrific long, scary, and uncertain. And made me literally feel like maybe I get in over my head. But after meeting Joe at sitting with him for a few hours my whole outlook has changed. Joe was one of the most patient, Stellar, and amazing customer service, sincere, car salesmen I have ever met. I left feeling confident, knowledgeable, and at ease with the decision to invest in a new car. He went the extra mile, to speak to my parents and reassure them. He made sure that I receive the best rate and vehicle he could give me. He never once made me feel inferior or dumb for asking multiple questions. I would refer all of my friends to him knowing that they will be in good hands. He receives five stars across-the-board and a gold star for customer service!
