What a pleasure it has been to work with you. Some how, Ben and I have been blessed with patient and kind professionals from our realtor, Jeff, to Theresa, and now you.

You are kind, transparent, thoughtful, and extremely informative. While I know this is a commission sale for you, not ONCE did I feel pressured into a policy nor did it ever feel like a commissioned transaction; something I hold in high regard. You equipped me with knowledge, kept me in control, and helped me (and Ben) have ultimate faith our policy was the best we could have; not over insured, underinsured, nor too expensive. There was a certain sparkle and ease you exuded from our first phone call and I knew I wanted to share my first home buying experience with you. You reviewed the competitors policy with me with grace, you took time to be personable talking about our relationships, and, ultimately, made the transaction personable.

You re an absolute gem, Karmen, and I am thankful to be starting this journey with you as part of my professional support system. I wanted to say this all in person but I want you to be able to have this in writing to share with whom you deem appropriate. You deserve all this praise and more.
