Carlo was an amazing technician and was very efficient and informative the entire time he was working on our ac. He explained to us the issue and the steps he would take to solve it. He was extremely thorough and had a great attitude the entire time. If any issues should ever arise with our AC, we would gladly call John Wayne because of the amazing service we have recieved from Carlo
