I stopped in to Simone and Son about a year ago after doing some research online about engagement rings. I am so glad I did. Other than the research I did online about diamonds I knew nothing about jewelry because I don't wear any and had not bought jewelry for anyone.

Shant (the son in Simone and Son) helped me. He made it very easy to pick out a ring and my then girlfriend later fiance, then wife loved it. I was able to pick one off the shelf. They had a lot of great options. They can also make anything you want. One nice thing too is they only sell quality diamonds. They have high standards for cut, color, clarity, etc. so only the best make it to their showroom.

You feel like you are family when working with Shant and his team. We went back there to get our wedding bands and my wife had some custom earrings made. Everything turned out great. I had a little trouble sizing my ring (again because I've never worn jewelry) and they were so quick to take care of it.

Of all the retail places (not just jewelry, but any kind of customer service business) this is by far the best place I can remember. Their customer service is at the top of the upper echelon. I highly recommend this place. They also just remodeled their store and it looks great!
