I hated every single thing about having to pay this debt collection agency anything, it was a horrible situation that landing here however the young lady named Jenny!! I cannot recall her last name but she made my experiencing a lot more acceptable I spoke with different people from this agency including those in her same office but her in particular, her customer service outshines anyone in her department and that s based on EXPERIENCE!!! Glad it s over !!!!
