Inexperienced staff. Flooring department has questionable measuring practices. Beware they will charge you labor on overage not actual square footage. Said it's their company policy. BS Also trying to sell us transitions for less than 500 sq. ft between dining & living room. Not our first home putting in flooring but first Lowe's bad experience. Finding other suppliers agree with us. Labor on what the actual square footage is what is charged.
