UPDATED: My reviews got their attention and my refund was finally issued. Bumped my review up to 2 stars, as it still took about a month for this to be resolved.

I had simply ordered a windshield washer pump from these people. They took the $55.00 out of my bank account for the total cost. A couple of days later, I received an email saying that it could take 10 weeks for the pump to come in, so I decided to cancel my order. I received an email saying that I would receive a full refund. It has been about a month now, and I have even emailed Monty Grandfield, who I believe to be the manager, multiple times and this place refuses to refund me the $55.00. I am not going to simply let you keep my money! My bank account shows that you took the $55.78 way back on February 13th, see my attachment, and yet I have NOT received my refund. Your company is awful and I will never, ever be doing business with you again, but I am still owed my damn money!
