The room was poorly cleaned. The carpet was full of hair and dirt. The chairs looked grease. I was really uncomfortable to sit on them. I can not believe the hotel is not even taking extra steps to guarantee the safe stay during COVID. First hotel in my life where there was not coffee or tea evailable in the room. And I was supposed to be in one of the most expensive rooms. Can not imagine the others.
